Crown Point Invites you to spend a night with us under the stars!

The Great American Backyard Campout is a national event each June that encourages individuals, families & friends to camp out together for one night.

This year Crown Point is offering families and individuals the opportunity to relive- or experience for the first time-- the fun of a night spent enjoying the wonders of nature and sleeping out under the stars at our 130-acre center. Please note that this event is for tent camping only, RVs are not permitted.

The weekend's events begin as you set-up camp. Feel free to bring a picnic dinner or camp stove to cook your own. Take a self-guided tour of our farm and meet fellow campers as you set-up for the night. As twilight falls, the fun continues with staff-guided night hikes, crafts & and a community camp fire.

In the morning, you will be treated to a continental breakfast in our historic century barn before you pack up and head back to civilization!

Saturday, June 27

• 5:00PM Check-In and Set-Up
• 7:30-9:30PM Evening Activities

Sunday, June 28

• 7:00-9:00AM Continental Breakfast
• 11:00AM Final Check-out Time

Campout fee: $20 per tent/Crown Point Members and $25 per tent/Non-Members
